*Price does not include taxes, fees, and surcharges. You, your company, or an employee of your company must be an AT&T Mobility subscriber and receive a bill from AT&T Mobility to subscribe to Office@Hand. A minimum of two users is required. Minimal data synchronization charges may apply when using the application to place calls from compatible iPhone, and when available other smartphones. Other device owners, both wireline and wireless, must access and manage the Office@Hand functions online through a web browser. Price does not include wireless airtime minutes or data usage or other charges that a wireless or wireline carrier may impose for airtime, data, or other charges when using Office@Hand. To use all the features, existing AT&T wireless customers must subscribe to AT&T wireless voice and data services. Customers of other wireless carriers need to check with their carrier to determine what wireless services they need to use Office@Hand features. Each user limited to 10,000 voice minutes per user per month. Within a Plan, each user’s 10,000 voice minutes may be aggregated or “pooled” together, so that the total number of voice minutes for each user is pooled together. For example, if the Plan has 3 users, the 3 users will share 30,000 pooled voice minutes that can be shared among users, so user 1 could use 15,000 voice minutes in a month, and users 2 and 3 could each use 7,500 voice minutes in a month. If the pooled amount of voice minutes for a month is exceeded, for example the 3 users use 35,000 voice minutes in a month, your account will receive a one-time credit of 10,000 minutes. However if the voice minutes exceed the pooled amount of minutes and the one-time credit or if the voice minutes exceed the pooled minutes in a subsequent month after the one-time credit, the account will no longer be able to forward calls. If you set up Office@Hand to forward incoming calls to your mobile device or if you use your mobile device to place outgoing calls, airtime minutes will be counted against the minutes in your wireless plan.
